Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Kuyi Travel Limited collects through kuyitravel.online, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, departure date and number of travellers.
• When you send an enquiry: the details you type into the form.
• Before you travel: passport names and dates of birth of travellers, which hotels and boats require. We ask for these by email only once your booking is confirmed.
• Card payments are handled by WooPayments, provided by Automattic and Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to reply to your questions, to take payments and refunds, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your trip: our licensed local operator in Vietnam, and the hotels, guides, drivers and boat operators on your route. Our website runs on servers we rent, behind Cloudflare, and card payments go through WooPayments and Stripe.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for seven years for accounting and legal purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after two years.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping your booking in the cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected].
