About Kuyi Travel
We started Kuyi because friends kept asking us the same thing: where should I go, and who should take me?
We grew up in Hoi An and Hanoi. We know which ferry runs late in the rainy season, which homestay makes the best breakfast, and the hour when the old town is empty.
Every trip we plan is private: your own car and driver, a guide from the place you are visiting, and a route that bends to how you like to travel.
If you live in Vietnam, we plan weekends too. Two days on the bay, a night in an orchard, home again for Monday.

Good to know
Can we change the route? Yes. Every trip is private, so we can add a day, swap a hotel or slow down anywhere you like. Tell us when you book, or any time before the balance is paid.
How does paying work? You pay a 10% deposit by card when you book online. The balance is due 30 days before you start, by card or bank transfer.
Are domestic flights included? No. Flights inside Vietnam are booked once your dates are fixed, and we can arrange them for you.
Do I need a visa? Many nationalities can apply for an e-visa for stays of up to 90 days. Check the official portal, evisa.gov.vn, before you book flights.
We live in Vietnam. Do you pick up from home? Yes. Weekend escapes start and end at your address in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
When is the best time to go? The country is long, so there is always somewhere good. The north is cool and dry from October to April, the centre is wettest from September to December, and the south is dry from December to April.
Who else will be on the tour? Only the people you book with. There are no shared groups.
Can we travel with children? Of course. Tell us their ages and we will plan shorter drives, family rooms and child seats in the car.
What if we need to cancel? The deposit holds your dates and is non-refundable once we confirm your booking, unless you cancel within 48 hours and departure is more than 30 days away. You can also move your dates once for free. Our cancellation and refund policy has the details.
